Operation Quick Strike
As mandated by Congress, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is now required to provide top-to-down investigations needed to ensure that each public and private operator is able to provide safe and effective transportation.
One section of the FMCSA’s regulatory efforts is through Operation Quick Strike. Because of Operation Quick Strike, USTF has continued its day-to-day effort to work with public and private operators of transportation and transit service so that USTF clientele are prepared for complete top-to-down investigations of each and every company across the United States which is anticipated to be completed by the beginning of calendar year 2016.
