The team at USTF utilizes best practices that are provided by the American Public Transit Association (APTA) and then combine those best practices with your agency and company resources.
We thoroughly work with you on reviewing, editing and making recommendations regarding your safety training plans as well as reviewing standard and emergency protocols in order for your company or agency to receive the high rating possible with the FMCSA and state Department of Transportation.
Our goals are shared with the same standards provided by APTA so that your company or public agency has an effective and efficient training program for all employees while providing evaluative tools in order to maximize your services.
USTF provides consultation for all company hiring managers and fleet drivers including with the screening and interviewing process for new hires while providing Safety Training for the companies’ fleet drivers.
We also utilize a number of informational resources and screening tools that aid all USTF clients to effectively assess, hire and recruit new employees with a focus on creating a long-term employee base that is dedicated to the mission of the companies’ current and future operations.
Those informational resources include those from the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and the United States Department of Labor (USDOL), while reviewing the possibilities of best practice screening standards from other privately held transportation companies.
